How Does it Work?
We understand your business, that is why we make our process as quick and easy as possible for you.
1. Onboarding Form
Once your sign up you will be sent on onboarding form that you will need to fill out. This will include FAQ and other information you want our team members to know.
2. Introduction to your Reps
After our team takes a look at your onboarding form, your representative who will be handling all the calls will book a time to call you. You can talk directly with them and train them to understand your business and products.
3. Representatives Start Taking Calls
After you and the representative have gone over everything, we will hook our phone to your site and they will start taking the calls and speaking with your clients. With the onboarding form and the call you had with the representative, they will be equipped to answer all calls effectively.
4. Monthly Call with Team and Live Analytics
Each month, you will have a call booked with your support representative to go over any questions you or he/she has. With Support Rig you will have access to a live performance dashboard, detailing the analytics of that current month. This will include the number of calls, sales, behaviour analysis and more. We will also provide any feedback we have received from the customers.
